Hire on as an Employee or Volunteer! Counselors, Program and Kitchen staff are the ones who make camp a reality for our campers. Lead a variety of daily activities for boys and girls, ages 9-17. Hike, teach arts & crafts, canoe, swim, play games, cook delicious food and mentor happy campers!

Counselor (10 positions)
Counselors are the primary caregivers for each camper. The Counselor is responsible for carrying out activities and guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills. Counselors must be 18 or older. ($350 – $400)
Counselor Teen Unit (3 – 4 positions)
Lead teen group in team building and initiatives. Facilitate discussions and challenge courses. Direct, supervise, and organize teen campers and their activities. Teen unit counselors must be 21 or older. ($400 – $450)
Unit Assistants (3 – 4 positions)
Assist cabin counselors and program staff with campers, activities, and general camp tasks. CIT training and experience preferred. ($325)
Program Staff (2 positions)
Assist the Head Cooks in preparing and serving nutritious meals and in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area. Must be 18 or older and have current Oregon Food Handler’s License. ($350 – $550)
Extra Allergy Coordinator (1 position)
Be the primary contact for campers with food allergies beyond the top ten allergens. Write daily menus, assist campers to be sure they are eating the foods that are safe for them. Must be 21 or older. Dietitian or nutritionist experience preferred. ($450 – $550)
